  1. Malate serves as an important component in the tricarboxylic (or TCA) cycle, which is one way your body produces energy. When you increase malate levels, you increase energy production. Therefore, citrulline malate provides the one-two punch of bringing additional blood—and subsequently, oxygen and nutrients—to exercising muscles, as well as providing increased energy to boost performance levels.

  2. L-citrulline is the free-form version of the amino acid citrulline and citrulline malate is the amino acid citrulline attached to a molecule of malic acid (malate). … Citrulline malate, on the other hand, provides more of a strength and endurance boost during workouts than L-citrulline.

  3. dude… your kinda full of shit lol… you will say anything to sell your product. anyone with half a brain knows that 6g of L – citrulline and 6 g of citrulline malate is not the same dose and the malate isnt just a bonus fucking ingredient. the malate is a filler so you dont have to pay to put the full dose of citrulline into your pre -workout. this equals a cheaply made product and you a snake oil salesman.

  4. all I heard was 6 grams of L citrulline is 6 grams of L citrulline and 6 grams of citrulline malate is 4 grams L citrulline and 2 grams malic acid. he says your getting extra with malic acid added but at the same time you're getting less citrulline. 4g L citrulline is probably an effective dose but I feel kinda deceived when the bottle says 6g citrulline malate and I'm really only getting 4g L citrulline

  5. looking at bodybuilding . com and other web sites that sell pre jym and nowhere is it mentioned that the 6g dose of citrulline malate is a 2:1 ratio, why?

  6. citrulline malate is a compound, how can there be any other ratio other than its empirical formula??.. changing the subscripts would make it to where it's no longer citrulline malate
